I am highly interested in applying to this post. I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years, which makes me equipped for this job. I became a Phone and Email/Correspondence Representative for a UK Telecommunications Account and a UK Phone and Broadband Provider. I handled billing, registrations, service requests and general inquiries. Additionally, I was a Communications Assistant for a US Relay Account in which I relayed real-time conversations, IVR recordings and voice mail messages between the Speech and Hearing Impaired and the Voice Telephone Users. As a relay operator, we were required to type an average of 60 words per minute.
