I intend to construct a brand new old-fashioned private mansion residence on a 400 acre country property in Australia similar to the building in the attachment. The building in the attachment is only two (2) stories but three (3) stories are required with wrap-around wide verandahs similar to those in the attachment. The entrance need NOT be elevated and the "chinese-style" roof in the attachment is inappropriate and would need to be of the more conventional sloping arrangement. The approximate dimensions of the building (minus the verandahs) is a perfect rectangle measuring approximately 20metres X 40metres. In the first instance I only require 2 or 3 "artists impressions" and should these accord with what I have in mind I will require more detailed information. At this stage please quote on the "artists impressions" only and if these meet with my approval and we both agree to proceed I will come to a more-than-adequate arrangement with you concerning the cost of any additional work that may be required.
