Banner Ad Design

I need two advertising banners created for a website. One is a 728 x 90 Leaderboard and the other is a 300 x 250 Rectangle. Both should be in JPEG format and be high quality. I have included crude mock-ups of what the banners should look like for reference (see attachments) The banners should be easy to create, using the Logo and Tagline in the mock-ups. The winning designer will need to: 1) create a nicer looking Find Flights Now button 2) improve the overall spacing and layout of the banners 3) add a background, which should be blue sky and clouds. For reference, visit the website listed in the attached mock-up banners and look at the blue sky and clouds in the header background. I will supply the winning designer with high resolution versions of the logo and tagline to work with. Please include your portfolio in your response, or your bid will be ignored.
