Create a custom video player/editor

Hello, The project in few lines: -> The user select some videos among a folder on the FTP -> The user can play it, and add Lines, and Circles on it, -> The user can record his voice -> The user save the video result Its to create a kind of advice system, client will upload a video of sport, pro will watch and comment using Line and Circle tools, and use his voice to give advice, then export the video.
