Create Flash banners from ready made .psd templates

I'm needing five 160x600px flash banners, in different sizes, made from ready-to-use PSD files that I've done. Those PSD files are in the respective right format and contain all images&texts sorted into clean groups to show the respective frames (basically frames to be shown one after one). Pretty easy. [login to view URL] -> has Would need minimal animation (fade-in's / outs of graphics / texts / slides) to make it look better, have some examples if needed. The final banners must comply with the requirements of the Google Display network and contain a clickTAG, etc. Full specs shown here: [login to view URL] Delivery of .fla or .swi file alongside compiled .swf required. PSD files are attached. Ready to communicate hands-on with freelancer to get the best results :-)
