Basic Flash Animations(include samples) - repost

We are lookig for an animator and sketcher who can, -animate our character,digging digging down and up,(from left and right) -animate our character as an obese penguin on flat surface,roll towards a little bit left and rigth.(out of balance) -animate our character sitting down on a surface with long and funny chaotic beard,hair and moustache,(like homeless) -improve our drillmachine sketch, -and animate the machine towards digging left,right,up and down, (drilling machine tires(shoes) and drilling head must be animated) -storage part and drilling head of animation must be easiest changable part of animation. IMPORTANT YOU MUST SKETCH SOME DRILLING MACHINE SAMPLES,AFTER THAT WE WILL CHOOSE ONE OF THEM AND YOU WILL ANIMATE FROM CHOOSEN SKETCH. I WILL SEND YOU CHARACTER FLA FILE FOR CHARACTER ANIMATION ALL ANIMATIONS MUST BE EDITABLE FLA FILE
