Create e-Card that can be sent from website intranet

We would like to add a function to an existing website that would enable those with intranet access to go to a web page where they can select an e-card and send it to people. There would be two cards - one "greeting" card (Christmas theme) and a "thank you" card for the New Year. The cards would be animated with sound. The official message should appear along with the possibility of adding a personal message. There would be an English and a French Version. When the user has selected a card and added their message, they should be able to send (email) the e-card to several people at one time. The e-card should ideally appear in the body of the email, not as an attachment, if possible. We will provide you with a brief on the design of the cards. We have a mail server we can use to send the cards. We can build a page on our website for the system to be located. On completion, we would like the freelancer to provide us with a demonstration of the functioning system and help us to integrate it into the website.
