Corporate Identity Kit Needed asap

I am looking for someone to put together a full coporate identity kit for my company. This kit will include all the following: 3 different size Flyers, 3 set of 5 differnt sized Banners, 1 powerpoint presentation, 2 business card design, 1 stationary design, 1 envelope design, 1 fax cover sheet design, 3 postcard design, 2 brochures, 2 t-shirt design, 1 cd packaging design, 3 newsletter template, 3 invoice templates, 2 logo designs, I would also like a PDF and Word document template designed as well.
