Clone of a site

Hi Guys , If possible i Would like a clone of the site :- [login to view URL] I dont need the contents but would like the coder to place dummy ocntent so i know where to put my copy and affiliate links etc , I would however like to gracphics to different to the point where it woulnt be plaguerism.
