Cartoon/Animation

I am looking to create a cartoon character showing a busy man overwhelmed with catalogs, spreadsheets, and various information. This character, an office worker, needs to show how it is difficult to retrieve information using all these different media. Character could be at a desk. This is to be used in a web site. In a first step we need a static character, but the designer should be able to eventually create an animated flash version. We need to see a portfolio of previous similar works.
