Convert Windows Application to Flash

We are looking for an experienced Flash developer to convert a simple Windows application to Flash. You should have experience developing interactive applications using AS3 and working with XML. It might help to understand design patterns like MVC. The current Windows application was built using WPF and XAML. It took a couple of weeks to build using Microsoft VS2010, .Net 4.0, C# and WPF. The application works perfectly, but now we need a Flash version for the web. We will provide a working demo of the application and all the current source code to the winning bidder. You should be able to re-purpose most of the current code in implementing the Flash version. Our developers will be available to provide technical information about the current code.
