Looking for a chrome-firefox-safari extension developer

Hi, I am looking for extentions on Google Chrome, Firefox, Apple Safari. These extensions are all the same with the following functionality: user can easily drag and drop to install them. The functionality is simple, It will replace ads on a few websites. It is technically an adware but users will be fully aware of what sites I am planning on placing the ads on. The code should inject an IFRAME into the websites, the iframe will be on my server and it will be responsible for serving the ads. Now the tricky part is that the extension should notify my website if a user is visiting it with the extension installed.
