Data analysis & mining on excel

This is an "as soon as possible" project. We need an excel expert to complete data analysis from a data file (it will be sent to you as text and you need to convert it to excel and work on it). There will be about 20 questions for you to answer based on data from the document. You will need to have expert excel knowledge on manipulating data, pivot tables, IF statements, and more. This will be in two parts - first part I will send you a test file to see if you can answer all the questions correctly in one hour. If you do, you will be sent the second part with different questions but same format. We are asking for EXPERT excel knowledge because of the time constraint; most people can solve the questions by eyeing them and counting, but an expert can solve them by using formulas in much less time. This is paid by the hour; regardless on whether you pass the first test or not, you will get paid for the first hour. The second test will also be an hour long, but if you are selected for it, you will get paid for 2 hours as a bonus. So the total, if you succeed the first test and are chosen for second test, will be three hours. Bid accordingly.
