Hello, I have extensive experience with vba and user forms. I am actually working on a project (not on freelancer.com) where I am doing just what you need. My solution to this situation utilizes the "on change" event generated by each combo box when it is edited. I also included code to prevent selecting AA until A was selected (to prevent inconsistencies). Depending on you particular needs, this solution can be modified. Project Proposal : There are two solutions to address this problem: Setup 1: Solution in new workbook A packaged solution where a user form will be created with 5 combo box which will display values depending on the values chosen from previous combo box. The combo box along with the VBA code snipped can be copied from the packaged solution into the desired excel workbook.
