Create Excel Macro

Need someone who's really good with Excel macros to create something for me. We currently have writers submitting large amounts of blog posts to us in csv files, and we need a macro to automatically place a link inside the content. Here's the format (simplified version, actual fields are a little different): Column A: keyword phrase Column B: url Column C: post title Column D: blog post The macro needs to scan column D and find the first occurrence of the keyword given in column B. If found, it needs to replace the keyword with the following: < a href=" (url found in column B)" > (keyword in column B) < /a > (that's not proper html code, but you get the idea) This should only be replaced on the FIRST occurrence of the keyword. So, for example, if the kw is "dog food", the url in column B is [login to view URL], and the first sentence of the blog post is "My dog really likes Wellness dog food much better than the Purina dog food that he used to eat." - the macro would change that to be: "My dog really likes Wellness <a href="[login to view URL]" >dog food</a> much better than the Purina dog food that he used to eat." Notice that the kw "dog food" happened twice in that sentence, and only the FIRST occurrence was replaced. I'm attaching the exact data file that you'd need to work on. The keyword is in column AB, the URL is in column AC, the post title is in AD, and the blog post is in AE. You can have the macro either replace the content in AE, or add a new field in AH. Maximum budget is $50, paid when I have a working macro.
