Attached are 27 survey's that were largely done by hand. I need these survey's collated into a Google Form. The form is already made to mirror these survey's. Here is the link [login to view URL] For any blank or missed responses, leave the digital response blank as well. For the first page - list the interviewer's name as each of the scanned survey file's name, leave the date blank and the interviewee's name blank. For any issues with the form or any conflicting details/data entry errors in the survey's - please let me know.
