I am in the sales industry.I have a lot of jobs through word of mouth referrals. I also have a commission based referral system. I want to create a database that links the people as they refer each other and I monitor their commission. I have seen this being done in other businesses but I dont know how it is designed. or which skill is used. To get a clearer picture: for example I refer a friend to buy a service from company A. I am then linked to my friend. I then get a commission for introducing my friend. When my friend introduces a friend as well, my friend gets a commission and I get a smaller percentage of his commission and so on and so on. I am willing to try any of the recommendations that you may have and see how easy and simple it can be to manage.
