Hi, I'm an electronics engineer with more than 6 years of experience in designing and developing various digital and embedded systems... Currently I help engineering students to complete their academic projects. Also conduct seminars and workshops on Microcontrollers and Robotics... So I have experienced with a lot of Microcontrollers such as PIC, AVR, ARM, Arduino etc. I'm also experience with a lot of sensors and sensor modules.... I'm very proficient with EAGLE too... Please check my completed projects and reviews given by other employers...:-) Your prjct seems like a very simple one, but you didn't mention anything about the height of the circuit because in some circuit capacitors which protrudes a little bit outward has to be used... But the dia won't be greater than 1/2"...:-) Also please let me know the frequency of blinking too...:-) I really would like to know more about your project, kindly let me know if you are interested...:-) Thank You

I can do this for you. As a new user here I ll do cheaper then anybody. Simple miltivibrator, 1/2" is enough. Will do a prototype and show you working. Plus of course PCB files and list of components.
