Convert BASIC program to C++

Convert existing working BASIC program into Microsoft Visual Studio C++. The existing project is written using PureBasic and is 1768 lines long. It is fully commented code. Total lines including comments is 3330, so about 1/2 are comments. It is well documented and a fully working project. The project compiles to a Microsoft DLL for both 32-bit and/or 64-bit DLL. The complete BASIC Source code will be provided to accepted bidder, subject to NDA, and is very straight forward procedural programming. The converted C++ code must include all existing comments from BASIC program.
