a novel permanent magnet elecric generator

I am looking for designing and constructing a prototype of a novel type permanent magnet electricity generator. At this time they are based on the same principal design. Even the "new" core-less, permanent magnet flux generators are based on very old ideas. We know how to increase coils efficiency, how to angle and place magnets for the best performance, how to channel magnetic flux, we know about resonant circuit, how to multiply the circuit output and many other things. Somehow nobody tried to incorporate those ideas into a useful design. The generator would need to be a compilation of all we know about electromagnetism, EMG shielding etc. There are many proven to work ideas that can be used. Someone who is going to work on the project must have an open mind and attract talented people. There are many scientists and engineers with the know how. The knowledge is out there but it is very fragmented and needs to be sourced. In summary, I am looking for a knowledgeable person who can not only work but also manage the project. To be successful, one has to involve many talented people. The goal is to minimize the size and maximize the output.
