Requirements: 1. Connect the engineered device to the mobile phone's jack output 2. The device has to have an analog button to amplify the signal (like the volume button on a radio). Amplify the voltage, range 10V-100V. 3. Another button / switch to change the sinus sound waves to square waves. (on or off) The power source of the device is a small battery (Li-ion, AA or 9V). The output is also a jack socket (mono).

I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design engineer, please see my profile for more details The current price and timescales are only place holders to allow me to communicate with you I have just designed a tens machine which in someway is similar to you requirement in that it takes a small waveform and amplifys it up to the 100V level. I use a transformer for the level translation so although I could change the waveform to square waves they would not be that square?
