We need a caring person to support, remind, and coach our 3rd grader in classroom management skills. You would be in a classroom with two primary teachers and be there to (as needed) provide feedback on staying focused, emotional regulation, and taking turns. Patience and a calm demeanor are critical as well as the ability to connect with a quick-moving 8yo girl who is sensitive to feedback.
