program that will duplicate each line of supplied file exactly as it is but change the a reference number such as reference '7081V001AIT002' based on a list of references in supplied file Program will create a new file named to include the reference name, and copies the above lines for each number below into that file changing all instances of the reference number you should put the numbers supplied in the file, into an external txt file so numbers can be added later

Hi asterof ^^ regarding to this project we will use string routines that allows us to manipulate with texts , also we will use string list to get data out of the CSV file , then we will use delphi objects to create a new file based on the lines given , or using windows API functions ^^ just give me the green light and I will do my best ^^ best regards
