I need a small code sample which shows a balloon help above a TSpeedButton if the user clicks on a listbox item. See the attached screenshot. The balloon help should appears immediately if the user clicks on the listbox item, and it should disappears after 10 seconds. The text in the ballon help should show the text of the selected listbox item. I need a Delphi 7 code. Please do not use third party components, I prefer a tiny Win32API solution.
