Delphi application with Google Maps

We need a simple project on Delphi2010 that show markers on a map (into twebbrowser component) from a given list of addresses (from a txt file). Is needed the option to show the route on the map, from the first one address to the last address and report all Directions and total lenght of the trip (km). The map have to be saved into jpg/png file and the Directions into a txt file.
