Currently I understand the project as follows:
- you have a CSV file with addresses and order details
- you have a logo
For each order in the CSV file a shipping label needs to be created using a simple template, showing the address, logo and order detail.
I would approach the problem as follows:
1. load the CSV file into an Excel table
2. Build a set of formulas to (re)format the data
3. Create a standard Excel template for the shipping label
4. Write a 'VBA macro' that populates the shipping label template for each order
5. Write a VBA macro that prints 1 or multiple shipping labels to another file format (e.g. PDF, word) or directly to a printer if required
I have quite some experience with these workflows and have done a few projects for my full-time job where I created a variety of letters and templates, based on an excel database, using VBA macros.
