Create excel spreadsheet on WordPress site using Formidable Plugin

Hi, I have a website that is using a Wordpress plugin - formidable pro - to build a long form online that users will enter. This form is based off of an already existing excel spreadsheet that is quite long, with multiple formulas and hundreds of entries. I need someone to help recreate this form online - half of the form has already been completed, and I need help with the second half. I would say that it will take 10-15 or so hours to complete, but requires basically no technical skills - only need to follow previous example of work done and to use basic logic/design skills to complete task. The site is ready to go and the wordpress form is half complete. It should provide examples of how to operate the formidable pro plugin to get the required effect. I can provide the login to the site, brief instructions, and the excel spreadsheet that has to be 'recreated.'
