Building a score from output of a data mining app

We have a sophisticated data mining app that generates 50 categories of technology found on websites and networks. We have tens of millions of records and we need a way to rank and score them. We want to factor these data points, weigh them, and build a model that scores them. One of the scores will be "Website Sophistication". We will discuss two other scores I have in mind. I am looking to collaborate with someone with experience developing scores and knows not just the process, how to code it, but the right questions to ask to build a robust score that customers can unpack and where the value of the score withstands substantial scrutiny.
