Betfair API - odds tracker / recorder

Betfair application that - select market - records the odds of each runner pre inplay & inplay at a settable interval ie the user can set 1 second, 3 seconds, 5 seconds etc - Can display the odds movement as a chart per runner & also all runners on the same chart - Records the odds movements as historical data so you can analyse them after the event - Archive all odd movements recorded by market - When the race is over record the winner of each race - filter / analyse race data individually & against multiple selected markets - This should be web based & allow users to sign up to the service - accept paypal payments
