Manage and develop statisticians to conduct complex Sponsor-based modeling and segmentation analysis and internal R&D projects. Guide all areas of project delivery, managing technical/analytical components of projects, including project planning, definition and scoping. Work with Sponsor teams and other specialist throughout project (GIS, Stats, Campaign, IT).
Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities and develop analytical plans based on Sponsors objectives and marketing strategies. Meet with account team to propose ideas and assess potential benefits and, if adopted, ensure projects realization. Based on results of analyses, providing information to Sponsor teams and supporting the development of incremental marketing opportunities for other Lines of Business including leveraging of emerging technologies.
* Assess and implement analytical solutions, carry out quality assurance, summarize/communicate results with relevant recommendations to Vertical Lead, account teams and Sponsors as needed.
* Develop and provide training to specialists to improve data mining literacy.
* Provide direction to Information Technology to ensure new required internal/external data is accurate, accessible and usable for CI purposes and manage data hygiene to ensure data remains pure and accurate.
