Hi, I'm a computer engineer doing my masters degree. My research area is data science and i'm proficient with machine learning, data mining. I know how to implement collaborative and content based filtering. But I have some questions regarding the project. Which programming language do you want your recommender system to be implemented? In this recommender system, are we going to recommend items to customers or are we going to recommend some decisions to the managers?
