Data entry/input from pdf scan to database

We are looking for a person who is able to input data from pdf files into a relational database (sqlite) in a thorough and efficient way and according to to our instructions. The pdf files basically consist of 2 columns, each line representing a pair of words (one word from column A and one from column B). These word pairs are to be transferred to the database. We value quality, that is why we will not accept the deliverable if words were either not input according to our specifications or if the estimated error margin is above 0,5% of all words (which means that at least 99,5% have to be transferred correctly into the database). For an idea of how one page looks like, see the attached file. Please note that those are scanned images, so most likely the inputting has to be done manually! You are bidding on inputting 35 pages of the same kind. As the winning bidder you agree to transfer all and exclusive copyright of the resulting database and its content to us.
