I have a 47 page MS Word file (sections well defined) that needs to be converted into Excel file (columns well defined, 1-1 match to Word file).
The Word file is a books catalog that has details of around 350 books. These details include title, author, description, ISBN, price and type of book. All this information needs to be copy-pasted to an Excel file with one row corresponding to each book.
A sample for 3 books has been provided and actual source and destination files are attached.
Each book should take around 45 seconds to copy from Word to Excel. 350 books, therefore will take around 4.5 hours. Like all data entry jobs, you'll get quicker after doing an initial 10 books.
