Thank you for your project Proposal ID 10238584 "Analyse some Data". I understand the assignment involved checking some data provided by them into some format required for easy evaluation. In undertaking this assignment, will apply the following approach: (a) Review of the data to be analysed from the source data. (b) Verify that the data here are correct, relevant to the study complete and legible, making sense to the study. (c) Setting up of analysis file. I will then set up a destination file o be used for the purpose of analysing the source data. (c) Organising the document. If the destination document is excel, I will set the spreadsheet, name the columns. number the rows, size cells so that the data to be tabulated fits into each cell. I will also set formula to make it easy to analyse and also automatically update changes being applied to the entire worksheet. In case it is a Word document, I will set spacing and font sizes so that it is well legible to the recipient. I will then name the folders/files (as is necessary). (d) Editing and proof-reading. I will review the entire document checking and correcting spelling and syntax errors. (e) Client contact. Will contact the client with final document. Any comments make on the draft will be rectified immediately.
