First, Merge List A and List B. Second, split the names into two columns (put the first name--and middle initial, if any, in Column A, and put the last name in Column B). There are a total of 836 entries on the Excel sheet. Eliminate duplicate names. Sometimes there are two identical names with two different email addresses. Eliminate one row (your choice) so there's only one name with one of the email addresses.
