Hi, It looks like an interested excel app to build :) If the hidden worksheet contains the answers I am assuming that the question as well. Is this app is used to view a running questions like an exam? and the user could choose any of those radio buttons and when they click 'completed' button the result will be recorded and compare to the correct answer and record the score so in the end of the exam they could see their percentage scoring? The email address could be either hard coded or saved into a specific cell which is also hidden and I can make a feature for you to change it easily whenever you want. Do you already have the design layout for the scoring report? It can be as a body message of an outlook draft or as a file attachment. Let me know if you are interested to working with me. Dear, I will design the sheet with list of choice. Also will code a VBA macro to check the correct and the wrong answer, change the background to red and calculate the score. Also we can add the fact that we can send the sheet to a given email address. The sheet with correct will be protected. Can start today and finish in 1-2 days. How many question do you have? Thanks

Hello Big black mamba, What you want can be done using radio buttons, conditional formatting and some excel properties, I can provide more statistics rather than what you mentioned, for example if we have all answers in one workbook, we can identify rank as well, also I have worked on a macro that creates questionnaire (using radio buttons) automatically after you just enter your questions and possible answers!
