data laid out in spreadsheet - repost

I have worked out the 62X62 grid, but I need more explanation on what is that you want to record in the grids. I can do a count of no of occurrence for each tag in a particular row & column with a condition. But what condition is what I am not very clear through the job description. If you could explain it in detail, I can do this work for you.

I feel that following skills make me most suitable for this job. 1) I work as analyst in a bank and and am quite used used to dealing with excel work. 2) I will try to be as detail specific as this quality is ingrained in all financial analysts. 3) Will complete the project within the given deadline 4) The project will be completed in a manner so that the client has to bear minimum cost for maximum level of quality. 5) The client will feel like having repeat business with me after this initial experience

I'm a mechatronics professional engineer. I mainly do programming, mechanical designs and more complicated projects. I am new to the website, and I wanted to start with something simple. I use excel very frequently, and it won't take me time to do what you explained in the description. I already did a similar task in my university of what you are explaining.
