Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data from Scanned Contact List

I require the data on the following (attached) scanned pages to be entered into a spreadsheet, with the information being placed in the appropriate header columns that are shown in the spreadsheet.\r\n\r\nThe final file must be a CSV file.\r\nThe scanned pages contain a great deal of information, we do not need.\r\n\r\nIn this project you will need to simple:\r\n1) In the School Name column type School Name as shown on the scanned documents\r\n\r\n2) In the Principal Name column type the Principal Name as shown on the scanned documents\r\n(do not type any words like R or relieving)\r\nIf there are two names in the Principal Name on the scanned sheets, then an additional entry in the spreadsheet must be made with that extra persons name. For example, if it says Janet Chan (Terry Dauw - relieving), then you would make an entry for Janet Chan and then on the next row you would make another entry for Terry Dauw, with the same School Name etc.\r\n\r\n3) In the Contact E-mail Address column, you will need to enter the Principal's Name (in lowercase) with a . in the middle of the first name and last name followed by the following email domain @[login to view URL]\r\nAn Example is shown in the spread sheet.\r\n\r\n4) In the Suburb_Town Column you would write the Suburb/Town of that particular school. Mostly the suburb_town is the last word after the address and before the postcode.\r\nFor example if the address was 3018 Putty Road, Colo Heights 2756, then the Suburb_Town would be Colo Heights\r\n\r\n5) In the State Column, we have already written NSW. Leaves this as is. If there is a row that does not have NSW in it, please add it.\r\n\r\nNO OTHER DETAILS ARE TO BE RECORDED OR ENTERED IN THE EXCEL SPREADSHEET (included)\r\n\r\nTHIS PROJECT REQUIRES 100% ACCURACY IN DATA ENTRY AND TYPING.
