Copy Paste Work - no special skills required

Hi, I need someone, who can fill in the existing translations into txt (.ini) files. Attached you find an excel file with all translations in it (especially the section kontact and the section muenzkonfigurator are relevant) the .ini files attached have to be filled with the exact translation match from the excel file between the "" signs in each line. ( this is about 490 times copy past work ) currently they are filled in english but must be filled with the corresponding languages. (IT=italian, NL=netherlands, br=portuguees, ru=russian) Second task would be to put every item in the excel file in a separate row. (in the kontakt segment) currently some of them are combined in one cell. ( that is about 70 times copy paste) if you have any clarification questions, please feel free to ask.
