Administration is my background, with plenty of excel experience so there is no doubt your project is perfectly suited to me. I will enter the data you mentioned from all business cards provided into neat, uniform (same dimensions) columns and rows if that is what you prefer. I can also make the spreadsheet easy to read in terms of 'white space, colours, fonts' etc. They will be in alphabetical order with no duplicates.
