Create geographic shape files for Tableau

We are an aviation consulting firm, working for airlines and airports around the globe. Besides our advisory work, we also maintain several market intelligence products for data analysis. Currently we're looking for someone with experience in creating shape files that can be used in tableau for a new product that we developed for the cargo/logistics industry. The tool is developed using Tableau technology, where users can look/analyze charts. Several of these charts make use of maps, where we have our own defined regions: * Africa * Asia Pacific * Europe * Latin America * Middle East & South Asia * North America Right now Tableau recognizes individual countries, but not their associated regions. As a result, users are able to select specific countries, but not a region as a whole. So we want Tableau to be able to recognize these 6 regions, so they can be properly colored/selected. See the attached picture for the regions and a full list of all countries and their regions will be provided for the project of course. Experience with Tableau and creating shape files is required.
