Call 50 Numbers from Guatemala, from a Guatemala cellphone and landline

The winning bid would have to call 50 numbers from Guatemala City (i will provide them), from both cellphone (2 cellphone different carriers preferred) and landline. I will be providing the numbers to call. Freelancer should just call and make a note if call fails or if they got live answer. If they got live answer they should just hang up. Calls should not be done using a hidden/blocked callerid as I need to be able to see the calls coming into my voice switch/pbx. Therefore , freelancer should be from Guatemala if possible.
