Bank Short Sale Debt Negotiator

Package documentation and submit short sale offers to lenders. Communicate and negotiate with lenders on a daily basis. Coordinate actions needed to move files forward to bank acceptance. Provide research to support valuation of offers submitted to banks. Other duties may apply. Job Requirements: Must be able to start Immediately! Good communication skills, friendly and cheerful, sensitive with clients in foreclosure; strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills critical. Ability to quickly develop relationships with bank staff via phone. Able to prioritize, juggle multiple tasks, be flexible, and willingness to pitch-in as team member, capacity to work under pressure and time constraints, Foreclosure and Real Estate/Title knowledge preferred, but not required if you're the right person. Dependable and trustworthy to handle sensitive and confidential client information. Typing, email, fax and basic Microsoft software knowledge and you should have a fully equipped home office. The right candidate has to be able to work with little or no supervising and must be VERY driven. This is 100% commission based, training is provided and work can be done from the comfort of your home.. the compensation will be very good. You will typically earn from $500 to $1,500 per short sale. You will be responsible for handling 10-20 files at any given time. This is truly a smile and dial position buts also a true negotiator position. Probationary period of 90 days.
