Assist me with Copywriting

I have a local cleaning service and need to send monthly emails to my past customers and leads. I use ActiveCampaign, so you NEED to 1) know how to design a very good looking email blast, and 2) write very engaging and unique content. You'll be copywriting about 3 emails per month for my two types of clients: 1) regular residential clients, and 2) "Airbnb" clients, who are property managers who list their homes on vacation rental websites. Regular Residential Clients: 2 emails. 1) seasonal/special occasion discount emails (i.e. Valentines Day discount, St Patty's Day, etc.). 2) Monthly email with interesting content and/or engaging reminders to clean home. Will go to past one-time customers, former recurring customers, and leads. Vacation Rental Customers: 1 email. Interesting/engaging content about vacation rentals in general. Sometimes fully unique content (will post on MaidThis blog too), other times it can be links to interesting articles about the shared economy/vacation rental space, sometimes it can be reminders about how awesome MaidThis is. YOU WILL NEED TO RESEARCH CONTENT AND LEARN ABOUT THE SHARED ECONOMY SPACE FOR THIS.
