Article rewrites $1/300+ words on regular basis

Thanks for contemplating this project: I am seeking 3 to 4 professional writers who are looking for long term work to rewrite articles regularly. -All writers must be FLUENT IN ENGLISH. -The rewritten articles need to be concise and to the point. -Articles need to be informative to the reader with 100% correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. -The pay rate starts at $ 1.00 per 300-500 word article. Raises will be given appropriately with proven reliability and writing skills. -Articles written must be at least 85% unique. They will be checked for plagiarism. -If an article submitted does not meet requirements, payments will not be made for that article until it is corrected and resubmitted for approval. -Payments will be made via Paypal per 10 articles ($10) within one day of completion. When I hire a new writer I pay them $5 at completion of the first 5 article batch to show that I pay. - Bids will only be considered with a sample article on a topic that I choose. -You agree that upon sending me the rewrites all rights to the rewritten articles transfer to me.
