Data entry job from file to access and internet to access

I have one cataloge of 288 products. I have created an application in access to enter those data and I would like someone to complete the entry from the cataloge to the access application. In the access file there are 12 fields that need to be field. Only issue is that the description of the product must be converted in html format. This can be done by using an online tool. One of the field is the picture which I already have. I have another cataloge with 100 products which contains mobile phones. This also has to be enter to the access file but in this case I do not have the picture and the specification of the phones. This will need to find the picture from the internet and the specification of the product and fill the access table in the same way except from this case the fields are 13 which include the colors of the phone.
