Book on blogging

I have a book on blogging half written. I have enclosed it for your reading pleasure. It needs to be fleshed out and completed. This project really is for people who do blogging themselves and appreciate tricks and tweaks to blog faster and more efficiently. I'm sorry but I need native English speakers only. (Americans, Australians or Britons or wherever. It can be someone living in another country too, but it must be that English is your first language) In addition I want a table of contents, an index, and a simple ebook cover.
