Develop brochure explaining how an online charity advice service works

A service has been developed whereby charities can provide advice one another in a peer-to-peer fashion. The free service allows cash-strapped charities to improve their services - e.g. a dog shelter in Australia can get advice on how to run a successful dog shelter from another dog shelter in Australia or elsewhere around the world. In order to attract further funding for the concept and to help explain the concept to various academics interested in the concept, we need to develop a detailed brochure approximately 10 pages in length that explains why the service exists, what the service seeks to do, its value and mission, explanation of its branding, how it works - both at an operating model level (i.e. the economics of charities bartering services among one another) and at a technical level (i.e. the underlying technology which makes the service work), specific challenges to overcome (e.g. what happens when there is no charity to be matched with, what happens when the advice is not good), three case scenarios to illustrate how it could work in practice (i.e. a new charity being started, an existing charity being improved, an individual conducting a once-off event), and remaining steps (e.g. there will be stages in development, need to populate the database with how to raise money for charities articles). We would like all of that content integrated into a visually appealing looking brochure which we can then distribute.
