Convert PSD into html page

Hi there freelancers... im brand new to this site, so i hope description it clear enough... if there are any questions, you can get in contact with me. i build very simple websites, and have been having some real compatibility problems when making this project. i came to this site, as i need this page to be done asap, and i really havent got the time to do it. please read below for specific information about the project. THE PROJECT: it is very simple, i need you to convert a psd which i have made for a website into html, using any type of scripting you deem necessary (in my opinion, i think it can be solved just using html, tables and css...but its up to you). the page has to be able to change dynamically in height, depending on the amount of data present. i have attached a file called [login to view URL], which better illustrates where the data will be entered. VERY IMPORTANT- THIS TEMPLATE MUST WORK IN INTERNET EXPLORER, SAFARI AND FIREFOX THE DEADLINE: i need this as soon as possible, and as i know that it is a very simple project for someone who programs at any kind of level, i feel that this can be done in 1 day. but this can be negotiated. i hope to here from you soon, thanks Chris Arteaga
