Collaborative writing site

Hi there We require an online internet based tool for collaborative writing projects. Essentially we want a portal in which users can establish and write projects in an opensource way. a good point of reference would be the beta website "http://www.glypho.com" We don't want this to be a direct clone but to utilise and enhance some of the user functionality this website has i.e interface, sub categories. We will supply all the branding for the site once the basic architecture and demo's have been established. We can talk more about the fine details of design once we have established that we would like to work together. We have many, many other projects and are looking to work long term with a good team of people. If you do a good job we will use you again! Payment terms are 20% to be paid 48 hours after the uploading of the portal to our wespace to ensure the system and code are normal functioning. 70% payment to be released after 14 days of testing. 10% of payment will be retained for 6 months to ensure the stability of the platform.
